Having completed his Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at Flinders University and his admission to the Supreme Court of South Australia, Oliver has established significant experience across a broad range of legal matters.

He is committed to providing a high-level service with a compassionate approach to ensure clients are understood and well informed in relation to their matters.

Oliver spent a number of years working for the Legal Services Commission, ensuring a strong level of representation to some of the most vulnerable members of the community, before commencing in private practice at Almeida + Associates in 2017. He commenced as Principal of McDonough Cole Legal in 2023 and is an experienced member of our team.

He has continued to practice across all areas of criminal law including traffic, drink driving, serious drug offences, assaults, firearms and murder. He also undertakes work the areas of wills and estates and minor civil matters.

Oliver appears regularly in the Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court of South Australia as well as the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT).

Oliver is well known within the legal system as a determined lawyer who prides himself on positive results and client satisfaction.
